THINGS WE LOVE: Bella Bags

Marathon, FL 24º42.366N | 81º5.669W

From my sometimes series, here's one of my favorites. I found these bags at a great store called Harbor Specialties in Beaufort, NC, when we headed south the first time. We like them so well, we went back on the return trip to get another one.

They are made of some sort of plasticized fabric that is rugged and water resistant. Two of our three bags are insulated. We use them for everything from toting our laundry to carrying groceries to schlepping our picnic supplies.

The water resistant fabric is great for dinghy runs, because even when it's dry out, there's almost always some kind of moisture going on in the dinghy.

The bag on the left is not insulated and has a zipper closure.

They are also a good size to strap onto our bikes for trips to the laundromat and grocery store.

This one is insulated and has a velcro enclosure across the top.
If you're passing through Beaufort, stop by that store. It's a good one.

If you're interested in buying these bags online, I did the legwork for you. I learned that they are made by Toss Designs -- and they are a little hard to find.

Order them at:
Kokos Monograms

If you find another source, let me know!
